Each A-CAM Distributor agrees to exclusively, honestly, and avidly represent A-CAM Essential Oils and Education, and to purchase the initial Distributor Inventory and advertise (Natural Awakenings, etc) the first Certification Class in his/her assigned exclusive territory, within the first 60 days from agreement to become a distributor.

Payment of $500 or more towards the Initial Distributor Inventory ($4561.40) should be made within 48 hours of the initial agreement.

Distributor should have ordered complete initial inventory at least four weeks prior to first day of class.

Distributor agrees to conduct the first Level One Certification Class within the first 90 days of entering into the Distributor agreement.

In turn, the distributor is guaranteed exclusive rights to sell A-CAM Education and Wholesale Essential Oils Sales in her/his geographic territory. The Distributor must maintain on-hand quantitites sufficient to fulfill all orders within their territory.

If A-CAM Education must fulfill an order because the distributor is out-of-stock, the profit from the order will be retained by A-CAM Education. A-CAM will e-mail, fax or call-in to distributor any orders from their territory received by the A-CAM, for Distributor's record.

Distributor will be provided an A-CAM E-mail, and upon purchase of initial inventory, the paypal button from the education in their territory will be connected to deposit directly to their bank account.
